In order for you to truly relax and receive all the great benefits of your service, it is best to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the start of your treatment. Most clients enjoy sitting in the peaceful spa and having some water or tea before their treatment begins.
Clients receiving multiple treatments or massages will be given robes or slippers if desired. While many clients prefer to remove all garments before massage, those that feel uncomfortable doing so can discuss this with their practitioner. Clients changing into robes will be given a garment bag in which to store their outside clothing.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior. If the spa is not notified of a cancellation 24 hours prior to the service a $15 fee will be charged. For Acupuncture services cancellations without prior notice will be charged for 50% of their treatment cost.
Children and Cell Phones
Though we love children, we must require all guests in the spa to be at least 10 years of age. In order to keep disturbances and distractions to a minimum, we request all cell phones and pagers be turned off or turned to vibrate mode while in the treatment center.
Gratuities are not included in the prices of our spa services or in gift certificates. Gratuity is not expected, but is very much appreciated. The industry average is 15-20% of the service fee. Unfortunately, gift certificates cannot be accepted for gratuity.
Gift certificates may be purchased for any dollar amount. All gift cards are non-refundable (not redeemable for cash,) non-transferrable and may not be used for gratuities. Gift cards must be presented at the time of redemption. The spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen certificates.
VISA, Mastercard, American Express, personal checks and/or cash are all accepted. There will be a $25 charge for any returned check. All prices of services are subject to change without notice. Follow us on Facebook for monthly specials.
Any unopened merchandise may be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original sales receipt. Without a receipt, a merchandise credit will be issued. There are no returns on gift certificates and/or treatment series.
About Your Visit
We are not responsible for any personal belongings brought into the spa. Prior to the start of service please inform your practitioner about any medical conditions. We do appreciate any feedback on how to make your visit the best it can be.
